When My Order Will Be Delivered?

7 to 12 business days for Europe, North America, and up to 20 business days for The Rest Of The World, of course, we will try to do our best to deliver it faster!

How much are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping in most E.U zone and U.S and it depends on the country of destination. Validate your basket to display the delivery costs according to the country where you want to be delivered.

Are you the artists?

Yes, we have only one artist who produce each of the works that you can find on our shop. All our works are therefore only available on our online gallery My TrueNorthStar.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We are proud to provide unique selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the uniqueness of our artwork, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage before the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event of a defect in one of your products,we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Service team and we will undertake to return this product to you free of charge. 

Inches Or Centimeters?

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:

12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)

18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)

30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)

40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

My order has still not been delivered for 2 weeks, is this normal?

Don't worry, it may have been forwarded to a relay point. Check your mailbox. If you have not had a calling card, please contact us so that we can tell you exactly where your package is. In all cases be reassured, your package is ready to go.
